English version of the napoleonic Army lists
The time has finally come.
The English army lists for the Napoleonic Wars are now available for free download in a printer-friendly version in the Downloads section.
Which cards do I need?
As you can see below, you can play Kugelhagel with different decks of cards.
It doesn’t matter whether you use a German, a French, or the special Kugelhagel deck.
To activate the game, you only need the cards used in German card games like Skat: the 7, 8, 9, 10, and the Ace, as well as the Jack, Queen, and King as jokers.
And by the way, if you want to buy a special Kugelhagel Card deck, have a look at Fantasywelt.de, there you can find the cards in their nice matall box. And the best, they ship nearly worldwide if you ask them.
Finally an english version
The long-awaited English version of the rulebook will finally be released on July 21, 2025.
The book contains 108 full-color pages in a sturdy hardcover.
What can you expect from the book?
The English version contains all the core rules as well as the most important expansions from the current German versions. The book includes army lists for the American Civil War and the Napoleonic Wars, with additional army lists gradually being made available for free download in English on the website.
But feel free to check out our download section, where you can currently find lists in German for the Zulu Wars, the Seven Years‘ War, and the American War of Independence, as well as supplementary lists for the Napoleonic Wars.
